Extrait du rapport du pilote (source: Accident Report - AFHRA): Touched wheels about five (5) feet short of runway, but yanked back stick and ballooned making a three (3) point landing. Rolled normally down runway until approximately five hundred (500) feet from East end of runway when left locked causing me to run off the runway. Full right brake failed to check it. After hitting mud, ship nosed up causing three or four inches of propellor to touch the dirt. Plane came the rest with all three (3) wheels of runway and ship pointing about seventy-five (75) degrees from runway. Cut switches, got out of ship and went accross runway and watched landings. Next two (2) ships to land were 10th Squadron's ships (T5's H & W). Then and 81st Squadron ship (2N-A) came down left side of runway, his left wing hitting tail of my ship. |
