p-47.database Extrait du rapport d'enquête (source Accident Report - AFHRA): In the opinion of the investigation officer that the landing accident of 1Lt Robert J Dudek was caused by pilot error. All the witnesses say that the plane snapped and spun while turning on to final approach. After inspecting the wreckage and talking to witnesses, it was determined that Lt Dudek overshot the end of the runway and was attempting to turn back on to it. His bank was too steep and was going too slow, and, as a result, he stalled and spun out killing himself and completely wrecking the airplane.
